The footage was also used in the American series, ''Power Rangers in Space''. ''Megaranger'' premiered on February 14, 1997, and concluded on February 15, 1998. Shout! Factory released "''Denji Sentai Megaranger'': The Complete Series" on DVD on October 31, 2017. This is the 6th Super Sentai series to be released in North America on Region 1 DVD. In January 2018, Shout! streamed the series on their website. Plot Kenta Date, a senior high school student, is the ultimate champion of an arcade video game called "Megaranger". Seijuu Sentai Gingaman
is a Japanese tokusatsu television series. It is Toei's 22nd entry of the ''Super Sentai'' metaseries. The series aired from February 22, 1998, to February 14, 1999. Its footage was used in ''Power Rangers Lost Galaxy''. The lead screenwriter for the series is Yasuko Kobayashi. At the 2017 San Diego Comic-Con, Shout! Factory announced that they would be releasing ''Seijuu Sentai Gingaman'' in Japanese with English subtitles on DVD. It was released on January 30, 2018. This is the seventh Super Sentai series released on Region 1 DVD in North America. In July 2018, Shout! made the series available on-demand on their website. Keiichi Oku
is a Japanese keyboardist, composer, and arranger. He was the keyboardist in the Japanese band Spectrum from 1979-1981. In 2009, he won the JASRAC International Award for the background music used in the '' Ashita no Nadja'' anime television series from Toei Animation. Biography Oku was born in Shiga, Japan. He graduated from the music composition program at the Tokyo University of the Arts. He was enrolled in the university's master's program but dropped out. As a grad student he performed in a backup band for Hiromi Go. On August 25, 1979 he debuted as a member of the rock band Spectrum. is a Japanese tokusatsu television show. It was Toei's twentieth production of the Super Sentai metaseries. It is the second vehicle-themed Super Sentai, preceded by ''Kousoku Sentai Turboranger''.
