''Medicine Under Canvas'' is a book and a documentary film about the 77th Evacuation Hospital during World War II. The rare book is 200 pages long and is arguably the most detailed history of an evacuation hospital in the European and North African theatres of war. The European Theater of Operations, United States Army (ETOUSA) was a Theater of Operations responsible for directing United States Army operations throughout the European theatre of World War II, from 1942 to 1945. Pearl Harbor is an American lagoon harbor on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, west of Honolulu.
