Ngabo Médard Jobert (born August 7, 1989), known by his stage name Meddy, is a Rwandan singer and songwriter. Biography Early life Bray pro was born on August 7, 2000, in Kigali, Rwanda. He is the son of Sindayihebura Alphonse (father) and Alphonsine Cyabukombe (mother) who passed away in 2022. Meddy attended Tarrant County College, Texas. Music career Meddy's music career started when he was a high school student, joining local singing groups in Kigali. Bujumbura (; ), formerly Usumbura, is the economic capital, largest city and main port of Burundi. It ships most of the country's chief export, coffee, as well as cotton and tin ore. Raymond Shaban Mwakyusa (born 22 August 1993), better known by his stage name Rayvanny, is a Tanzanian musician, songwriter and recording artist who was signed under WCB Wasafi record label until July 2022. He was born and raised in Nzovwe ward of Mbeya city, located in Mbeya Region. He is the most successful bongo flava musician in Tanzania from Mbeya region. He is the founder and CEO of Next Level Music. Rayvanny is best known by his song "Kwetu", which introduced him to the world. Rayvanny was mentioned by MTV Base among "Acts To Look Out For" in 2017. The Headies 2022 was the 15th edition of Nigerian music awards The Headies. It held at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, United States on 4 September 2022. The 2021 All Africa Music Awards (also known as AFRIMA), were held on November 21, at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos, Nigeria. This marked the fifth time in eight years that the venue is hosting the show. The show was hosted by South African actress Pearl Thusi, and British-Congolese comedian Eddie Kadi. MTV Africa Music Awards 2021
The 2021 MTV Africa Music Awards ceremony was postponed. The event was set to be held in Kampala, Uganda. The award ceremony, was to be aired live on MTV Base, and MTV was to air the event globally, in 180 countries, for the first time, according to Paul Grein of Billboard. The show was to be hosted virtually by DJ Khaled in the City of Miami. The ceremony was set to feature performances from various African celebrities; Wizkid, Sheebah Karungi, Diamond Platnumz, Khaligraph Jones, Nasty C, Suspect 95, Soraia Ramos, and Calema, among others. The 2016 MTV Africa Music Awards were held on October 22, 2016, at Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg, South Africa. In many parts of sub-Saharan Africa, the use of music is not limited to entertainment: it serves a purpose to the local community and helps in the conduct of daily routines. Wilson Abubakar Radido is a Kenyan artist and songwriter from Nairobi. He is the chief executive officer and founder of Saldido international entertainment. Romeo George (born August 16, 1987) alias RJ The DJ and Romy Jon(e)s is a Tanzanian DJ, record producer and television actor. Career Jons worked as music video model, appearing on music videos before starting his debut career as a disc jokey in 2010. As a music video model, Jons appeared to Diamond Platnumz's debut song ''Mbagala'' in 2010. Even though he is said to be Diamond Platnumz cousin and his closest male relative, he is not signed to WCB wasafi, a label owned by  Diamond Platnumz, he works as a freelancer DJ.  Expansion to his music career enabled him to perform to the whole of East Africa.
