"Me Muero" (Spanish for "I Die" or "I Am Dying") is La 5ª Estación's second single release from their third studio album, ''El mundo se equivoca''. Song information "Me Muero" was officially released to American and Latin American radio towards the end of 2006. In Mexico, the song topped the official singles chart for eleven weeks in a row, eventually being succeeded by Julieta Venegas' "Eres para mí". In the United States, the song peaked at number two on the Latin Pop Airplay chart and number ten on the Hot Latin Tracks chart. In Spain, the song peaked at number two. According to Promusicae, "Me Muero" has been certified 6× Platinum in Spain for sales of over 120,000 units, being one of the big hits from 2007 in that country. La Quinta Estación (Spanish for "The Fifth Season/Station", often spelled La 5ª Estación) was a Spanish pop/rock band composed of two musicians from Madrid: Natalia Jiménez (lead singer and harmonica) and Ángel Reyero (guitar). Pablo Domínguez (2001–2008) (guitar and bass) was the third member until his recent split (Now in Warsaw). The band originated in Madrid with six members but the remaining three relocated to Mexico in 2001 after recording their first album ''Primera toma'' ("Take #1"). Luis Ignacio Urive Alvirde (born December 22, 1982), better known by his ring name Místico (Spanish for "Mystic"), is a Mexican ''luchador enmascarado'' (or masked professional wrestler), who currently works for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). Julieta Venegas Percevault (; born November 24, 1970) is an American-born Mexican singer, songwriter, instrumentalist and producer who sings pop-rock-indie in Spanish.
