Edward McHugh (born 1969) is an American artist from Philadelphia whose work includes photography and sculpture. Education and work McHugh trained as a painter, printmaker, and sculptor, graduating from the Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia in 1991. He later studied at Crown Point Press in San Francisco. McHugh applies a thin layer of archival wax to the surface of photographic prints, using a painterly brushstroke, giving it a handmade surface. Jeannette McHugh (; born 18 December 1934) is a former Australian politician who was the first woman from New South Wales elected to federal parliament. Godfrey T. McHugh (September 30, 1911 – July 5, 1997) was a United States Air Force general, and served as military aide to President John F. Kennedy. Early years McHugh was born in Brussels, Belgium, to American parents. He received a baccalaureate in science and languages from the University of Paris in 1929. He was oil production supervisor for the West Texas Production Company in Fort Worth, Texas from 1938 to 1942. He dated Jacqueline Bouvier (who later married John F. Kennedy and became First Lady of the United States). Gerry McHugh (born 9 October 1957) is a republican politician in Northern Ireland. He represented Sinn Féin on Fermanagh District Council from 1993 to 2007 sat as an independent since then. He was elected to the Northern Ireland Forum in 1996, then to the Northern Ireland Assembly at the 1998 election as a Sinn Féin member for Fermanagh and South Tyrone. Francis Curry McHugh (May 23, 1898 – September 11, 1981) was an American stage, radio, film and television actor. Early years Born in Homestead, Pennsylvania, of Irish descent, McHugh came from a theatrical family. His parents, Edward A. "Cutie" McHugh and Katherine Curry "Katie" McHugh, ran the McHugh stock theater company in Braddock, Pennsylvania. As a young child he performed on stage.
