Batman (Terrence "Terry" McGinnis Wayne) is a fictional superhero appearing in media published by DC Entertainment. The character was created by Bruce Timm and Paul Dini and first appeared in the pilot episode of the animated television series ''Batman Beyond'' (1999–2001), voiced by Will Friedle. Terry is the vigilante known as Batman in the future, having taken over the mantle after the aging Bruce Wayne retired. George F. McGinnis (born August 10, 1950) is an American former professional basketball player who played 11 seasons in the American Basketball Association (ABA) and National Basketball Association (NBA). He was drafted into the ABA from Indiana University in 1971. Early life McGinnis attended Washington High School in Indianapolis. He and teammate Steve Downing led Washington to a 31–0 record and a state championship in 1969. McGinnis set an Indiana state tournament scoring record with 148 points in his final four games. He was also named Mr. Basketball for the state of Indiana that year. College career In the 1970–71 season at Indiana, McGinnis became the first sophomore to lead the Big Ten in scoring and rebounding. David McGinnis (born August 7, 1951) is a former National Football League (NFL) coach and college player who is the color commentator for the Tennessee Titans Radio Network. He was assistant head coach of the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams from 2012 to 2016 and head coach of the Arizona Cardinals from 2000 to 2003. Career A versatile defensive midfielder, McGinnis made the breakthrough into the Dundee United first team during the 1983–84 season, making six appearances and scored his only goal in his full debut for the club in a 3–0 League Cup win against Motherwell at Fir Park. He found it hard to get a regular spot in a defence featuring Malpas, Gough, Hegarty and Narey, being used as cover for all four over the next couple of seasons. George Washington McGinnis ( – May 18, 1934) was an American pitcher whose Major League Baseball career spanned from 1882 to 1887. Nicknamed "Jumbo" for his heavy, robust frame, McGinnis is considered the first ace of the storied franchise that would later become known as the St. Louis Cardinals. Birthdate McGinnis's actual birthdate is unknown and has been the subject of some debate and speculation by baseball historians. Thomas "Tom or Tommy" McGinnis (November 27, 1947 – June 6, 2019) was an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour and the Champions Tour. McGinnis was born in Memphis, Tennessee.
