Mayani Mamata
''Mayani Mamata'' () is a 1970 Indian Telugu-language drama film, produced by Bhamidipati Bapaiah Panthulu under the Bhavani Pictures banner and directed by Kamalakara Kameswara Rao. It stars N. T. Rama Rao, B. Saroja Devi and Sobhan Babu, with music composed by Aswatthama. Plot Madhu (N. T. Rama Rao) is a noble writer, during the silver jubilee celebrations of the popular magazine Vajrayudham, Madhu is felicitated by Editor Janakiramaiah (Dhulipala). Madhu falls in love with Janakiramaiah's daughter Jyothi (B. Saroja). Jagannadham (Nagabhushanam), a millionaire, is involved in many criminal activities and hates the Vajrayudham magazine as they try to expose him. Ravi (Sobhan Babu), son of Janakiramaiah loves Jagannadham's daughter Neela (Lakshmi). Jagannadham puts the paper into heavy debt and Janakiramaiah dies out of a heart attack. Kamalakara Kameswara Rao
Kamalakara Kameswara Rao (14 October 1911 – 29 June 1998) was an Indian film director known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema, and a few Tamil and Hindi films. Widely known as ''Pauranika Chitra Brahma'' (), Kameswara Rao directed fifty feature films in a variety of genres. In 1960 he directed the biographical film, ''Mahakavi Kalidasu'' which won the President's silver medal for Best Feature Film in Telugu. In 1962 he directed ''Gundamma Katha'' which was commercially successful and received the Filmfare Award for Best Film – Telugu. Ghantasala Venkateswararao (4 December 1922 – 11 February 1974), known mononymously by his surname as Ghantasala, was an Indian playback singer and film composer known for his works predominantly in Telugu and Kannada cinema and also in Tamil, Malayalam, Tulu and Hindi language films.
