Max Meyer (footballer)
Maximilian Meyer (; born 18 September 1995) is a German professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Swiss club FC Luzern. Meyer began his career in 2000, playing for local clubs in his hometown of Oberhausen. He then played within MSV Duisburg's youth system for five years, before moving to Schalke 04 in 2009. Following success at U-19 level, Meyer was promoted to the senior side, making his debut in 2013. Initially playing as an attacking midfielder, his position was made more defensive in the 2017–18 season, but a dispute with the Schalke hierarchy the following April saw him fall out of favour and subsequently run down his contract, becoming a free agent that summer. Internationally, he represented Germany at various youth levels, playing for U15, U16, U17, U19 and U21 teams. UEFA European Under-17 Championship
The UEFA European Under-17 Championship or simply UEFA Under-17 Championship, is an annual football competition contested by the European men's under-17 national teams of the member associations of UEFA. Spain is the most successful team in this competition, having won nine titles. France are the current champions. History and format The current competition format consists of three stages: a qualifying round, an elite round and a final tournament. Lewis Harry Holtby (born 18 September 1990) is a German professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Holstein Kiel. Holtby began his professional career with Alemannia Aachen before signing for Schalke 04 two years later. He was subsequently loaned to VfL Bochum and Mainz 05 before returning to Gelsenkirchen where he lifted the DFL-Supercup in 2011. Horst Heldt
Horst Heldt (born 9 December 1969) is a German football executive and former player who played as a midfielder. He is the former general manager of 1. FC Köln. Playing career Heldt was born in Königswinter. He played at 1. FC Köln from 1990 until 1995, before transferring to TSV 1860 Munich. After four years there, he went to Eintracht Frankfurt in 1999. After the club was relegated in 2001, he played for Austrian side Sturm Graz. In January 2003, Heldt returned to Germany, to VfB Stuttgart. He always played as a midfielder.
