Matteo Pelucchi
Matteo Pelucchi (born 21 January 1989) is an Italian former professional road cyclist, who last rode for UCI WorldTeam . He also competed in track cycling at a junior level. Career He rode for a year with in 2012, and four years with between 2013 and 2016. In October 2016 he and IAM teammate Aleksejs Saramotins were announced as members of the squad for 2017. Pelucchi joined in 2019 after two years with , before joining his sixth professional team in 2020, . In December 2020, Pelucchi signed a one-year contract with , for the 2021 season. He retired from competition at the end of the 2021 season. The Four Days of Dunkirk (french: Quatre Jours de Dunkerque) is road bicycle race around the Nord-Pas de Calais region of northern France. Despite the name of the race, since the addition of an individual time trial in 1963, the race has been held over a 5 or 6 day period for most of its history. Team Time Trial
A team time trial (TTT) is a road bicycle race in which teams of cyclists race against the clock (see individual time trial for a more detailed description of ITT events). The winning team in a TTT is determined by the comparing the times of (usually) the fourth-finishing rider in each team (though the relevant finish position can be otherwise specified in advance by the race organisers). This means that each team will try to get their first four (at least) riders across the finish line in a tight group: it is actually a disadvantage for any rider to finish far in advance of the fourth rider, as by staying back a faster rider can help the fourth rider to get a quicker time. Where a TTT is part of a stage race, it is necessary for each rider to be given a finish time that can be cumulated into the general classification timings. 2015 Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne
The 2015 Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne was the 67th edition of the Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne cycling classic. It was run on 1 March 2015 and was rated as a 1.1 race as part of the 2015 UCI Europe Tour. The race was run over a course, starting and finishing in Kuurne; despite the name, the race did not at any point enter Brussels. The race was the second race of the weekend that opened the traditional Belgian classics season following Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, held the previous day and won by Ian Stannard (). The race was won by Mark Cavendish () in a sprint finish, ahead of Alexander Kristoff () and Elia Viviani (). Cavendish's team had split the race on the Oude Kwaremont, but the race came back together due to a strong headwind. 2015 Tour De Pologne
The 2015 Tour de Pologne was the 72nd edition of the Tour de Pologne stage race. It took place from 2 to 8 August and was the twentieth race of the 2015 UCI World Tour. It was won by the Spanish cyclist Jon Izagirre. 2014 Scheldeprijs
The 2014 Scheldeprijs cycling race took place on 9 April. It was the 102nd time the Scheldeprijs was run. Marcel Kittel won the race for a third time, equaling the record of Piet Oellibrandt and Mark Cavendish, but being the first person in history with three consecutive wins. The race was characterized by an early break consisting of six riders: Jan Ghyselinck, Luke Rowe, Dmitriy Gruzdev, Ivan Balykin, Andrea Fedi and Alessandro Bazzana, which built up a maximum lead of five minutes. About 10 km from the finish, the peloton led by , reduced the gap to 1 minute. This was the sign for Luke Rowe to attack, eventually being caught up by Andrea Fedi who did the same thing a bit later. Two kilometers from the finish the Italian was also caught up by the peloton, in which and were preparing the sprint. The 2014 World Ports Classic was the third edition of the two-day World Ports Classic cycle race between the port cities of Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Antwerp in Belgium. The race was held as part of the 2014 UCI Europe Tour. The 2014 Tirreno–Adriatico was the 49th edition of the Tirreno–Adriatico cycling stage race, often known as the ''Race of the Two Seas''.
