Matt Keeslar
Matthew Keeslar (born October 15, 1972) is an American retired actor and practicing PA-C (certified physician assistant). He is an instructor of urology at the Oregon Health & Science University's School of Medicine. Life and career Matthew Keeslar was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the son of Fred Keeslar and Ann Ferguson, who divorced in 1977. He attended the acting program at the Juilliard School. While a student there, he played the title role in a touring production of Molière's Don Juan, directed by Joseph Chaiken; produced and starred in a student production of '' Waiting for Godot''; and participated in several interdepartmental productions. He was part of the Drama Division's Group 24, graduating in 1995. Keeslar is known for his roles in ''Waiting for Guffman'', ''The Last Days of Disco'' and ''Scream 3'', and the miniseries ''Frank Herbert's Dune'' and '' Stephen King's Rose Red''. ''The Middleman'' is a comic book series written by Javier Grillo-Marxuach with art by Les McClaine and published by Viper Comics. The series was initially intended to be a television pilot that went on to be published as a comic, before being picked up as a TV series for the 2008 season by ABC Family. ''The Last Days of Disco'' is a 1998 American comedy-drama film written and directed by Whit Stillman, and loosely based on his travels and experiences in various nightclubs in Manhattan, including Studio 54. Starring Chloë Sevigny and Kate Beckinsale, the film follows a group of Ivy League and Hampshire College graduates falling in and out of love in the disco scene of New York City in the early 1980s.
