Matt DiBenedetto
Matthew Guido DiBenedetto (born July 27, 1991) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, driving the No. 25 Chevrolet Silverado for Rackley WAR. Racing career Early career DiBenedetto first showed an interest in auto racing after receiving a little league trophy around age 8. His father, Tony, who raced an Opel Manta in SCCA and IMSA in the late 1970s and early 1980s, noticed he preferred watching automobile racing on television over baseball. DiBenedetto's father knew that another player on his son's little league team was competing in mini kart racing so he bought him a used kart which a young DiBenedetto drove to his first victory. Sonoma Raceway
Sonoma Raceway (originally known as Sears Point Raceway from 1967 to 1980 and 1982 to 2002, Golden State International Raceway in 1981 and Infineon Raceway from 2002 to 2012) is a road course and dragstrip located at Sears Point in the southern Sonoma Mountains of Sonoma County, California. Rackley-Willie Allen Racing (shortened to Rackley-W.A.R.) is an American stock car racing team that competes in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, Super Late Model, and Pro Late Model. They currently field the No. 25 Chevrolet Silverado full-time for Matt DiBenedetto in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 250
The 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 250 was the 21st stock car race of the 2022 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, the second race of the Round of 8, and the 17th iteration of the event. The race was held on Saturday, October 1, 2022, in Lincoln, Alabama at Talladega Superspeedway, a permanent tri-oval shaped superspeedway.
