Matt Chilton
Matt Chilton is a sports journalist, commentator and presenter. He has worked for Eurosport since 1992, and for BBC Sport since the mid-nineties. Matt is a ski racing specialist and has been a contributor to Ski Sunday since 1996. He has been a regular for BBC Sport at Wimbledon since 2001, and has covered 13 Olympic Games, summer and winter. Ski Club Of Great Britain
The Ski Club of Great Britain is a recreational snow sports club, which operates on a not-for-profit basis. It was founded on 6 May 1903 during a meeting at the Café Royal in London. Until the 1960s, the Ski Club of Great Britain was responsible for British alpine ski racing teams. In April 2020, the Ski Club had about 23,000 members, making it the biggest membership-based snow sports club in the UK. Their offices are located in Wimbledon, southwest London. ''Ski Sunday'' is the BBC Sports weekly magazine-style television show covering winter sports, broadcast in the United Kingdom on Sundays in a late afternoon or an early evening time-slot. It began in 1978, and is currently presented by Ed Leigh and Chemmy Alcott with reporters Graham Bell, Tim Warwood, Jenny Jones (snowboarder), Aimee Fuller and Phil Young. The Championships, Wimbledon
The Wimbledon Championships, commonly known simply as Wimbledon, is the oldest tennis tournament in the world and is widely regarded as the most prestigious. It has been held at the All England Club in Wimbledon, London, since 1877 and is played on outdoor grass courts, with retractable roofs over the two main courts since 2019. Wimbledon is one of the four Grand Slam tennis tournaments, the others being the Australian Open, the French Open, and the US Open.
