Material Queen
''Material Queen'' () is a 2011 Taiwanese romance drama television series, a co-production between ''Next TVs producer Chen Yu-shan and CTS. It stars Vanness Wu and Lynn Hung. It premiered on June 17, 2011 on CTS. The drama was filmed in Taiwan and France. Synopsis Lin Chu Man (Lynn Hung), a fashion model with a sweet appearance and a body that stands out from the other models, does not prejudice against a man for being short, fat, ugly or old, as long as he is rich. One day, she met Cai Jia Hao (Vanness Wu) and thought she had met her perfect Mr. Right, but she doesn't know that he is actually a hired body double for the billionaire "Mr. William Norman". When she discovers that Jia Hao is only a hired body double and his true identity is a penniless music student, she immediately dumps him. Vanness Wu
Vanness Wu (; born August 7, 1978) is a Taiwanese-American singer and actor. He is a member of the Taiwanese boyband F4 and the Korean Mandopop duo Kangta & Vanness. Early life Wu was born in Santa Monica, California. He learned to breakdance as a teenager and competed in numerous dance competitions throughout the 90s. Career Early career with F4 Wu starred as Mei Zuo (美作), one of the F4 members, in the Taiwanese drama series ''Meteor Garden'' and its sequel, ''Meteor Garden II''. At the conclusion of the series, they continued to perform together and released three studio albums as the boy band F4. In 2002, Wu became the second F4 member, after Vic Chou, to release his debut solo album, ''Body Will Sing.'' Brando Huang (; born 22 March 1981) is a Taiwanese actor and television host. Career Born in Huwei, Yunlin, Huang is originally an engineer at Hsinchu Science and Industrial Park, but had an interest in performing since young.
