Matej Silecky
Matej Silecky (born April 15, 1994) is an American figure skater and documentary film director. Early life and education Matej was born on April 15, 1994, and was raised in Verona, New Jersey and Kyiv, Ukraine. He is a 2015 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where he received the Charlene Conrad Liebau Library Prize for Undergraduate Research for ''The Post-Soviet Development of Elite-Level Athletics in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan''. Figure Skating Career Matej competed in singles and pairs and was the 2012 U.S. Collegiate Figure Skating Championships Junior Men's Champion. He left competitive skating due to a shoulder injury sustained during the 2015 – 2016 season. Visit Nepal 2020, also known by the initialism VNY 2020, was a tourism advertising campaign released by the Government of Nepal as an extension of Visit Nepal campaigns of 1998 and 2011. The campaign was coordinated by Suraj Vaidya. The folkloric creature Yeti was chosen as the campaign's official mascot. In March 2020, the campaign was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Nepal. Campaign Visit Nepal 2020 was the third tourism promotion campaign undertaken by the Government of Nepal, following the first in 1998 and second in 2011. The government aims to attract 1.5–2 million tourists in 2020. The 2020 campaign was coordinated by Suraj Vaidya alongside members of the Program Implementation Sub Committee. Dawa Steven Sherpa ( ne, दावा स्टेभन शेर्पा) is a Nepalese Sherpa adventurer, entrepreneur and environmentalist, who has scaled Mount Everest three times, as well as other himalayan peaks such as Mount Kanchenjunga, Mount Lhotse, Mt. Nicolien Sauerbreij (, born 31 July 1979) is a Dutch professional snowboarder. She won seven World Cup races and ranked first in the parallel giant slalom standings of the 2007–2008 and the 2009–2010 World Cup. She competed in the Winter Olympic Games of 2002, 2006 and won the gold medal in the women's parallel giant slalom in the 2010 Winter Olympics. The tenth series of '' Dancing on Ice'' began airing on ITV on 7 January 2018.
