Massimina
Massimina is the Administrative subdivision of Rome, urban zone 16E of Municipio XII (formerly ''Municipio XVI'') of Rome. In a separate subdivision scheme, it belongs to zone "O" 20 A-B. Massimina is included in zone XLV Castel di Guido. Massimina is also the namesake of a ''frazione'' of Rome. History The area is also known as Massimilla, after Via della Massimilla, one of the main streets of the neighborhood, or as Casal Lumbroso (name taken from the Via del Casale Lumbroso, a street surrounded by villas and connecting the Via Aurelia with the Grande Raccordo Anulare). Massimina developed on the southern side of the Via Aurelia, just outside the Grande Raccordo Anulare, GRA, on a hilly area alternating valley floors and ridges. Municipio XII is an administrative subdivision of the city of Rome. It was first created by Rome's City Council on 19 January 2001 and it has a president who is elected during the mayoral elections. Originally called ''Municipio XVI'', since 11 March 2013 its borders were modified and its name became ''Municipio XII''. There are 15 ''municipi'' (singular: ''municipio'') in the city; each ''municipio'' is governed by a president and a council who are elected directly by its residents every five years. The ''Via Aurelia'' (Latin for "Aurelian Way") is a Roman road in Italy constructed in approximately 241 BC. Grande Raccordo Anulare
The GRA or Grande Raccordo Anulare (literally, "Great Ring Junction") is a toll-free, ring-shaped long orbital motorway that encircles Rome. GRA is one of the most important roads in Rome, and traffic reaches 160,000 vehicles per day as of 2011. The GRA features 14 tunnels, with lengths varying from the 66 meters of Parco di Veio II tunnel to the 1,150 meters of the Appia Antica tunnel as well as eight rest areas. It has 42 junctions, with the Via Aurelia numbered 1 and the rest following clockwise. The motorway has always been toll-free. However, there are plans to introduce a fee for vehicles entering the GRA from highways. Maintenance costs are around 11 million per year. Its acronym was given after one of its main designers and supporters, Eugenio Gra, chairman of ANAS, the Italian roads Authority, at the time of construction. Hildeprand (died after 744), sometimes called the Useless, was the king of the Lombards from around 735 in association with his uncle, Liutprand. After Liutprand's death in 744, Hildeprand ruled in his own name until he was overthrown later that year by Ratchis, duke of Friuli. The son of Sigiprand, duke of Asti, Hildeprand was also a duke (''dux'') prior to his elevation to the throne. In 734, he participated in the successful siege of Byzantine Ravenna.
