Massimiliano Pani
Massimiliano Pani is an Italian songwriter, producer and composer born on 18 April 1963 in Milan to parents Corrado Pani and Mina. His mother has always aroused great curiosity and interest not only for her career but the events that have characterized her private life Corrado Pani was married at the time and due to Mina's refusal to hide the relationship, the singer was banned from performing on public Italian television or radio channels. Within a year, her affair with Corrado ended. Musical career At the age of sixteen he wrote his first two songs, ''Sensazioni'' and ''Il vento'', which were both included on the 1979 album ''Attila'' by Mina. Following this, Pani trained Mario Robbiani and Celso Valli. Thereafter he started working with mother on her album Kyrie in 1980 and even appears on the cover. ''Mina Celentano'' is a duet album by Italy's chart-topping artists Mina and Adriano Celentano, issued in 1998. Lucio Battisti was initially attached to the project but he eventually dropped out. The album was recorded in Galbiate and Lugano and was produced by Massimiliano Pani. ''Mina Celentano'' became one of the best-selling albums in Italy, with over 2 million copies sold. ''Sorelle Lumière'' is a double studio album by Italian singer Mina, released on 24 October 1992 by PDU and distributed by EMI Italiana. Overview The album draws inspiration and pays homage to the Lumière brothers. The cover image sees the singer transformed into a film projector with two coils instead of hair, the gears in the brain and the images that arise from the eyes. ''Kyrie'' is a double album by Italian singer Mina released in 1980 as "Vol. 1" and "Vol. 2". On this album Mina experiments with various genres, especially rock. The cover of the album features Mina's son Massimiliano Pani dressed as a hockey player. The album "Musica", the opening track expresses a feeling of renewal. The use of the synthesizer and Mina’s voice creates an almost futuristic sound, a rarefied atmospheric sound. This atmosphere sound collides with the roughness of "You Keep Me Hangin' On". On this track Mina sings with a richer and gravely and coarse tone, creating a roughness to this remake of a classic song.
