MassResistance
MassResistance is a group that promotes anti-LGBT and socially conservative positions. The group is designated an anti-LGBT hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center, in part for claims linking LGBT people with pedophilia and zoophilia, and claims that suicide prevention programs aimed at gay youth were created by homosexual activists to normalize and "lure" children into homosexuality. MassResistance says it "provides the information and guidance people need to confront assaults on the traditional family, school children, and the moral foundation of society". The groups activism takes several forms, including promoting its views via its website, blog, email, lobbying, and voters' guides. It has also provided support for anti-gay activism in foreign countries such as Taiwan and Australia. ''King & King'' is a children's picture book co-authored and co-illustrated by Stern Nijland and Linda De Haan. ''King & King'' tells the story of a young prince whose mother is forcing him to find his princess. However, after meeting many princesses, the prince falls in love with another prince. ''King & King'' was originally written in Dutch and has since been published in ten languages. The book's illustrations have received both positive and negative reviews, as has the storyline. A robocall is a phone call that uses a computerized autodialer to deliver a pre-recorded message, as if from a robot. Robocalls are often associated with political and telemarketing phone campaigns, but can also be used for public service or emergency announcements. The ''Seattle Gay News'' is a weekly newspaper aimed at the Seattle and Puget Sound area LGBT community in the U.S. state of Washington. History ''Seattle Gay News'' was founded in 1974 by Jim Tully and Jim Anderson. As of 2022, the SGN is distributed to every library in the King County Library System, Seattle Public Library System, and Pierce County Library System, as well as roughly 115 other locations in Seattle and Tacoma.
