Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima
is a city located in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. The name derives from a market traditionally held on the 20th of each month with ''hatsuka'' (廿日) meaning "20th day" and ''ichi'' (市) translating to "market". The market continues to this day on a small scale featuring fresh, locally grown vegetables and foodstuffs. Following the absorption of the nearby towns of Ōno and Miyajima on November 3, 2005 (as of September 1, 2016), Hatsukaichi has a population of 117,106 and a population density of 239.36 persons per km². Kimba The White Lion
''Kimba the White Lion'', known in Japan as , is a Japanese '' shōnen'' manga series written and illustrated by Osamu Tezuka which was serialized in the ''Manga Shōnen'' magazine from November 1950 to April 1954. An anime based on the manga was created by Mushi Production and was broadcast on Fuji Television from 1965 to 1967. It was the first color animated television series created in Japan. It began airing in North America from 1966. The later series was produced by Tezuka Productions. A TV special premiered September 5, 2009, on Fuji TV. Allison & Lillia
is a Japanese anime television series adapted from the light novel series ''Allison'' and '' Lillia and Treize'' by Keiichi Sigsawa. The anime, produced and animated by Madhouse, and directed by Masayoshi Nishida, aired in Japan on the NHK BS2 television channel between April 3 and October 2, 2008, and ran for 26 episodes. The first half of the anime covered the ''Allison'' novels, while the second half covered the ''Lillia and Treize'' novels. Plot ''Allison & Lillias story covers the story from the ''Allison'' light novels for the first half of the series, and switches to the story from the '' Lillia and Treize'' light novels for the second half. Eyeshield 21
is a Japanese manga series written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Yusuke Murata. The series tells the story of Sena Kobayakawa, an introverted boy who joins an American football club as a secretary, but after being coerced by quarterback Yoichi Hiruma, becomes the team's running back, whilst wearing an eyeshield and the number 21, under the pseudonym of "Eyeshield 21". Inagaki chose American football as a central subject of ''Eyeshield 21'' after realizing that it fit perfectly with his idea for the series. The manga was originally serialized in Shueisha's ''Weekly Shōnen Jump'' from July 2002 to June 2009. The series consists of 333 chapters collected in 37 ''tankōbon'' volumes. Phoenix (manga)
is an unfinished manga series written and illustrated by Osamu Tezuka. Tezuka considered ''Phoenix'' his "life's work"; it consists of 12 books, each of which tells a separate, self-contained story and takes place in a different era. The plots go back and forth from the remote future to prehistoric times. The story was never completed, having been cut short by Tezuka's death in 1989. Several of the stories have been adapted into anime series and OVAs, and a live-action film. As of 2007, the entire manga series is available in English-language translations. Overview ''Phoenix'' is about reincarnation. Each story generally involves a search for immortality, embodied by the blood of the eponymous bird of fire, which, as drawn by Tezuka, resembles the ''Fenghuang''.
