Marzia Grossi
Marzia Grossi (born 2 September 1970) is a former professional tennis player from Italy. Biography Grossi, who comes from Florence, began playing tennis at the age of eight. She debuted on the professional circuit in 1989 and was more successful in doubles that year with a semifinal appearance at Athens the highlight. From 1990 to 1992, she didn't feature in any WTA Tour events. She won a WTA tournament title at San Marino in 1993, with a win over top seed Barbara Rittner in the final. The title in San Marino took her ranking into the top 100 and in September she reached a career best 79 in the world. At the 1993 French Open, she qualified for the main draw of a Grand Slam singles match for the first time and took 13th seed Nathalie Tauziat to three sets in an opening-round loss. 1994 Australian Open – Women's Singles
Steffi Graf defeated Arantxa Sánchez Vicario in the final, 6–0, 6–2 to win the women's singles tennis title at the 1994 Australian Open. With the win, she achieved a non-calendar-year Grand Slam, dubbed the 'Steffi Slam'. Karin Kschwendt (born 14 September 1968) is a former professional tennis player who represented Luxembourg, Germany and Austria at various points in her career. She reached her career-high ranking of world No. 37 on 12 August 1996. In doubles, she went as high as No. 45 in February 1996. Kschwendt was born in Switzerland to Austrian parents Heinz and Edith, but grew up in Luxembourg, where she lived for 23 years. Caterina Nozzoli
Caterina Nozzoli (born 29 June 1967) is an Italian former professional tennis player. Nozzoli played on the WTA Tour in the late 1980s and early 1990s, reaching a career high singles ranking of 130 in the world. Her best performance came early in her career, a semi-final appearance at the 1985 Italian Open. At the 1987 French Open she featured in the main draw of both the women's singles and doubles. María Fernanda González Ramirez (born April 25, 1990) is an Olympic and National record-holding backstroke swimmer from Mexico. She swam for Mexico at the 2008 Summer Olympics.
