Mary Trembles
Mary Trembles is an Australian rock band from Brisbane, Queensland formed by Damon Cox and Skritch in Los Angeles in 2005. Returning to Brisbane they recruited Duey Coert to complete the line-up. The first track, "Scene From Below", from their 2006 mini album ''ps...situation'' was on high rotation on Triple J and the band was a Triple J Next Crop artist in November 2006. Matt Tanner replaced Coert and the band followed the ep up with a full length album ''Borrowed Ears, Borrowed Eyes'', recorded by Jeff Lovejoy and mixed by Mike Major (At the Drive In, Sparta). Gregory Stephen Perkins (born 28 December 1964), better known by his stage name Tex Perkins, is an Australian singer-songwriter who fronted the Australian rock band The Cruel Sea, but has also performed with the Beasts of Bourbon, Thug, James Baker Experience, The Butcher Shop, Salamander Jim, and Tex, Don and Charlie. Broken Head
Broken Head (also styled as Brokenhead) is a dub band from Brisbane, Queensland, which was formed after a six-hour jam session in 1996 by Regurgitator's Ben Ely on bass guitar, Skritch from Gota Cola on drums and Guy Webster on guitar. The group issued their debut album, ''Locarno'', on 1 September 2000 via Valve Records/East West as a single CD and also as an extended edition including a bonus disc, ''Remember to Breathe'', of live material. It was co-produced by Ely, Skritch and Webster with Magoo (Regurgitator). Soon after the group was put "on ice for most of the last few years while the individual members pursued other projects" until November 2006. Webster explained, "It was something we always understood with this band, that there will be times when it will have to be more infrequent. Intercooler (band)
Intercooler is a rock band out of Brisbane, Australia Biography Intercooler was formed by members of a Sunshine Coast band named Uncle Ecstasy. They have released three full-length albums - '' Old School Is The New School'' (released 2002, and re-issued, with a different track listing, in 2006), '' Forever Or Whatever'' (released in 2007), and '' Time To Let Go'' (released September 2011). Intercooler have also released two EPs - '' Goodness of the Girl'', and '' Dance of a Thousand Promises'' (2004). Intercooler was formed in 2001 when Damon Cox paired up with already established songwriting trio Phil Ballantyne, Joel Potter and Michael Caso (later replaced by Darek Mudge of Screamfeeder). An Horse is an Australian indie rock band, originally from Brisbane, Australia. The band is a duo, composed of Kate Cooper on guitar/vocals and Damon Cox on drums/backing vocals. To date, An Horse has released three full-length albums: ''Rearrange Beds'' (2009), ''Walls'' (2011), and ''Modern Air'' (2019). History Becoming An Horse Kate Cooper and Damon Cox met while working at an independent record store called Skinny's in Brisbane, Australia. A rock band or pop band is a small musical ensemble that performs rock music, pop music, or a related genre. A four-piece band is the most common configuration in rock and pop music.
