Martín Posse
Martín Andrés Posse Paz (born 2 August 1975) is an Argentine football manager and former player. He played mainly as a forward. Club career Born in San Justo, Buenos Aires, Posse began his professional career with Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield, being part of its successful teams in the mid-1990s and making over 100 appearances in all competitions. He helped the club to three top division titles and four international tournaments, including the 1994 Copa Libertadores. Posse joined Spanish side RCD Espanyol in 1999, going on to become one of the club's most important offensive elements in the subsequent La Liga seasons, although never an undisputed starter. After a successful loan at CD Tenerife in the second level he returned to Catalonia, but only amassed 11 appearances in two campaigns combined. The 1994 Copa Libertadores was the 35th edition of the Copa Libertadores, CONMEBOL's premier annual international competition. Vélez Sársfield won the tournament for their first title against São Paulo in a penalty shootout with a score of 5–3. Club Gimnàstic de Tarragona, commonly known as Gimnàstic Tarragona or sometimes just Nàstic, is a Spanish sports club based in Tarragona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia. Segunda División B ( en, Second Division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. In sport, a cap is a player's appearance in a game at international level. The term dates from the practice in the United Kingdom of awarding a cap to every player in an international match of rugby football and association football. In the early days of football, the concept of each team wearing a set of matching shirts had not been universally adopted, so each side would distinguish itself from the other by wearing a specific sort of cap. An early illustration of the first international football match between Scotland and England in 1872 shows the Scottish players wearing cowls, and the English wearing a variety of school caps. Bolivia hosted the Copa América for the second time in its 38th edition. It was held from 11 to 29 June. It was organized by CONMEBOL, South America's football governing body. There is no qualifying for the final tournament.
