Martinex
Martinex T'Naga is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is depicted as being from an alternate future version of Marvel's shared universe, the Marvel Universe. Most of Martinex's adventures take place as a member of the 31st century Guardians of the Galaxy. His first appearance was in '' Marvel Super-Heroes'' #18, published January 1969. Michael Rosenbaum played Martinex in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film ''Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2'' (2017) and will reprise his role in ''Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3'' (2023). Publication history Martinex first appeared in '' Marvel Super-Heroes'' #18 (Jan. 1969) as part of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Guardians of the Galaxy are a superhero team appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Guardians first appear in '' Marvel Super-Heroes'' #18 (January 1969). The initial roster consisted of Vance Astro, Martinex T'Naga, Captain Charlie-27, and Yondu Udonta. Later members included Stakar Ogord, Aleta Ogord, and Nikki. Michael Rosenbaum
Michael Owen Rosenbaum (born July 11, 1972) is an American actor and podcaster. He is known for portraying Lex Luthor on the Superman television series ''Smallville'', a role that ''TV Guide'' included in their 2013 list of "The 60 Nastiest Villains of All Time". Rosenbaum is also known for portraying Martinex in ''Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2'', Parker in ''Urban Legend'', Adam/Adina in ''Sorority Boys'' and Dutch Nilbog on Fox's '' Breaking In''. Defenders (comics)
The Defenders are a set of superhero groups with rotating membership appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. They are usually presented as a "non-team" of individualistic "outsiders" who, in their prior adventures, are known for following their own agendas. The team often battle mysticism, mystic and supernatural threats. Its original incarnation was led by Doctor Strange and included Hulk, Namor, and—eventually—Silver Surfer. Stephen Ross Gerber (; September 20, 1947 – February 10, 2008) was an American comic book writer and creator of the satiric Marvel Comics character Howard the Duck.
