Martin Ronald Kelly (born 27 April 1990) is an English professional Association football, footballer who currently plays as a Defender (association football), defender for EFL Championship, Championship side Wigan Athletic F.C., Wigan Athletic, on loan from West Bromwich Albion. Kelly began his career at hometown club Liverpool F.C., Liverpool, making 62 appearances across all competitions from his debut in 2008, and winning the EFL Cup, League Cup in 2012. In 2014, he transferred to Crystal Palace F.C., Crystal Palace for a fee of £2 million. On the 1st September 2022 he signed for West Bromwich Albion on a free transfer. He played two minutes for England national football team, England in a friendly against Norway national football team, Norway on 26 May 2012, making him the England national football team records, England player with the shortest international career.
