Martin Haven
Martin Haven is a British freelance motorsport commentator, who lives in Royal Leamington Spa. He is the Eurosport commentator for the World Touring Car Championship and World Touring Car Cup and the official commentator of the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation races, broadcast on the IBSF YouTube channel. Haven trained as a radio and print journalist, and after doing circuit commentary he made his TV debut in the late 1980s with BSB, with live coverage of the RAC Rally. He left a role at ''Autosport'' to cover NASCAR for Screensport, just as the channel was closed down by owners Eurosport. Haven has been Eurosport's lead car racing commentator for the past decade and has headed up their coverage of bobsleigh and skeleton since 2001. The Renault Sport Series (formerly known as World Series by Renault) is a motor racing series. The European Le Mans Series (abbreviated as ELMS) is a European sports car racing endurance series inspired by the 24 Hours of Le Mans race and organized by the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO). The FIA GT Championship was a sports car racing series organized by the Stéphane Ratel Organisation (SRO) at the behest of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The championship was mostly concentrated in Europe, but throughout the years has visited other continents including Asia and South America. At the end of 2009, the championship was replaced by the FIA GT1 World Championship, which morphed into the Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup, FIA GT Series for 2013. The Race of Champions (ROC) is an international motorsport event held at the end/start of each year, featuring some of the world's best racing and rally drivers. It is the only competition in the world where stars from Formula One, World Rally Championship, IndyCar, NASCAR, sportscars and touring cars compete against each other, going head-to-head in identical cars. Motorsport.tv was a pan-European digital television channel dedicated to motorsport. It ceased broadcasting in late September 2018 to concentrate on web-streaming only. Matthew Neal (born 20 December 1966) is a British motor racing driver. Neal is a triple BTCC Champion having won the British Touring Car Championship in 2005, 2006 and 2011. Neal is also a record 6 time BTCC Independents Champion having won the title in 1993, 1995, 1999, 2000, 2005 and 2006. He is also a race winner in the European Touring Car Championship. John Cleland (racing Driver)
John Cleland (born 15 July 1952) is a retired Scottish auto racing driver, best known for winning the British Touring Car Championship in 1989 and 1995. Born in Wishaw, Cleland raced autocross and hillclimb in the 1970s, and won his class in the Scottish Rally Championship in 1976 driving a Mitsubishi Colt. He switched to circuit racing, achieving success in British Production Car and Thundersaloon championships in the 1980s, before joining Vauxhall for the 1989 British Touring Car Championship. He was most recently a co-commentator alongside Martin Haven on the English world feed of the World Touring Car Championship.
