Marshall Kasowski
Marshall Austin Kasowski (born March 10, 1995) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. Career Los Angeles Dodgers Kasowski attended Oak Ridge High School in Conroe, Texas and played college baseball at the Panola College, the University of Houston and West Texas A&M University. In 2015, he suffered serious head injuries in a car accident that nearly ended his baseball career. Kasowski was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 13th round of the 2017 Major League Baseball draft. He spent his first professional season with the Arizona League Dodgers and Great Lakes Loons, pitching to a combined 1–1 record with a 3.18 ERA in 11.1 innings pitched. In baseball, the pitcher is the player who throws ("pitches") the baseball from the pitcher's mound toward the catcher to begin each play, with the goal of retiring a batter, who attempts to either make contact with the pitched ball or draw a walk.
