Marriyum Aurangzeb ( ur, ) is a Pakistani politician from Pakistan Muslim League (N) who is a member of the National Assembly. She is current federal minister of Information & Broadcasting in Shehbaz Sharif ministry. Aurangzeb served as the Federal Minister for Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, in Abbasi cabinet from April 2018 to May 2018 and previously from October 2016 to July 2017 in the third Sharif ministry and from August 2017 to April 2018 in the Abbasi ministry. Early life and education Marriyum was born to Tahira Aurangzeb. Aurangzeb went to Saint Paul's Cambridge School in Rawalpindi. General elections were held in Pakistan on Wednesday, 25 July 2018 to elect the members of 15th National Assembly and the four Provincial Assemblies.
