Marquin Chandler
Marquin Theo Jimmy Chandler (born March 11, 1982) is an American professional basketball forward. Early life and college Chandler was born in Berkeley, California, the oldest of three children, and graduated from Newark Memorial High School at Newark, California in 2000. As a senior, he won the California Interscholastic Foundation Division II championship with the Newark Memorial Cougars. From 2000 to 2002, Chandler attended George Washington University. With the Colonials men's basketball team, Chandler played in 25 games as a freshman, averaging 1.9 points and 1.2 rebounds a game. The following season, Chandler averaged 14.7 minutes, 6.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per game and had two games with double-digit scoring. He also became a father to a daughter named Tianna in late 2000, during his freshman year at George Washington. In the sport of basketball, there are five players play per team, each assigned to positions. Historically, these players have been assigned, to positions defined by the role they play on the court, from a strategic point of view. The three main positions are guard, forward, and center, with the standard team featuring two guards, two forwards, and a center. NBA Summer League
The NBA Summer League, also known as the Las Vegas Summer League, is an off-season competition organized by the National Basketball Association. NBA teams come together to try out different summer rosters instead of their regular season line-ups, including rookie, sophomore and G League affiliate players. The Baloncesto Superior Nacional, abbreviated as BSN, is the first-tier-level professional men's basketball league in Puerto Rico. It was founded in 1929 and is organized by the Puerto Rican Basketball Federation. The Baloncesto Superior Nacional, which is played under FIBA rules, currently consists of 12 teams, of which the most successful has been the Vaqueros de Bayamón with 16 titles as of 2022. History In 2010, Antonio "Tonin" Casillas, owner of the Grises de Humacao, decided to give the franchise a makeover and changed the name to Caciques de Humacao. The Alaska Aces were a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association since 1986 under the ownership of Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC) and the owner of 14 PBA championships, tied with the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and the Magnolia Hotshots for the second-most titles overall. They are one of the most popular teams in the league and the Philippines.
