Mark Jermyn
Mark Stephen Jermyn (born 16 April 1981) is a former professional footballer who played as a defender. Career Jermyn began his career as a trainee with Torquay United, making his league debut on 6 March 1999, as a substitute for Steve Tully in the 4–0 win at home to Halifax Town, while still a trainee. He turned professional in July 1999, but was released by manager Wes Saunders in February 2000 without adding to his single league appearance. He joined Bideford in March 2000, but joined Dorchester Town in the following July. Since joining Dorchester he has been named the club's player of the year three times and has helped them to promotion from the Southern League Eastern Division and to consolidation in the Conference South. Conference South
The National League South, formerly Conference South, is one of the second divisions of the National League in England, immediately below the top division National League. Along with National League North, it is in the second level of the National League System, and is the sixth tier overall of the English football league system. The National League South was introduced in 2004 as part of a major restructuring of the National League System. Each year the champion of the league is automatically promoted to the National League. A second promotion place goes to the winner of a play-off involving the teams finishing in second to seventh place (expanded from four to six teams in the 2017–18 season). Bideford ( ) is a historic port town on the estuary of the River Torridge in north Devon, south-west England. It is the main town of the Torridge local government district. The 2014–15 season was the 112th in the history of the Southern League, which is an English football competition featuring semi-professional and amateur clubs from the South West, South Central and Midlands of England and South Wales. The Southern League is a men's football competition featuring semi-professional clubs from the South and Midlands of England. Together with the Isthmian League and the Northern Premier League it forms levels seven and eight of the English football league system. Rinteln () is a small town in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is located on the banks of the Weser river above the Porta Westfalica. The town of Rinteln is in the broad valley between the hills of the Weserbergland and the North Lippe Bergland.
