Marisa Polvino
Marisa Polvino is an American film producer based in New York City. She is the co-founder of Straight Up Films, and has been the co-owner of the company since 2014. Career Polvino headed production at Revere Pictures for several years, and in 2005 was part of GTO Productions. Outside Providence (film)
''Outside Providence'' is a 1999 American teen stoner comedy film adaptation of Peter Farrelly's 1988 novel of the same name. The film was directed by Michael Corrente, and it was written by Corrente and the brothers Peter and Bobby Farrelly. The Farrellys couldn't direct the film due to filming ''There's Something About Mary''. Centering on Timothy "Dildo/Dunph" Dunphy, the film is about his life of mischief, his "incentive" to attend the Cornwall Academy preparatory boarding school, and his realization that the haze in which he has lived has to give way to something that will stay with him forever. The book is based on Peter Farrelly's experience at Kent School, a prep school in Kent, Connecticut. Andrew A. Kosove is an American film and television producer who has produced 35 films. He was nominated for an Academy Award for the film '' The Blind Side''. Alongside his producing partner, Broderick Johnson, he is the co-founder and co-CEO of Alcon Entertainment, a Los Angeles-based wholly independent film and television production and financing company. In addition to his career in the entertainment industry, Kosove is also an accomplished and avid marathon runner and triathlete. He finished third in the Ironman Executive Challenge in Ironman Coeur d'Alene in 2010. He competed and finished the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii in 2012.
