Marion Ricordeau
Marion Ricordeau (born 21 August 1986) is a former French professional golfer who played on the Ladies European Tour and LPGA Tour. She was runner-up at the 2014 Xiamen Open International. Early life and amateur career Originally from Laon in Picardy, Ricordeau discovered golf at the age of 12 on the Ailette course in Cerny-en-Laonnois and started playing seriously from the age of 17. In June 2008, while studying in Toulouse, she became French university champion. Three months later, she was crowned world university champion at the World University Golf Championship in Sun City, South Africa, beating American Katie Tewell and Swiss Caroline Rominger. She was runner-up at the 2009 Copa Sotogrande two strokes behind Marieke Nivard. Carlota Ciganda Machiñena (born 1 June 1990) is a professional golfer from Spain who plays on the Ladies European Tour and the LPGA Tour. She won the LET's Order of Merit (money title) in her debut season in 2012, and was also named Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year. Early life and college career Born in Pamplona, Spain, Ciganda started to play golf aged five, influenced by her father. Her uncle is the former football player and coach José Ángel Ziganda. 2015 ALPG Tour
The WPGA Tour of Australasia, formerly known as the ALPG Tour, is a professional golf tour for women which is based in Australia. WPGA stands for Women's Professional Golfers' Association. The tour was founded as the Ladies Professional Golf Association of Australia (LPGAA) in 1972 by Alan Gillott, who also later on founded ''The Golfer'' newspaper, a free publication provided to golfers and golf clubs, Australia-wide. The LPGAA switched to ALPG Tour in 1991. The first events featured twelve competitors, and the early years were a struggle. However the long-term trend was of gradual expansion and by 2004 there were over 150 members. The season features about a dozen tournaments, usually played over the Australian summer between November and March. María Hernández (golfer)
María Hernández Muñoz (born 24 March 1986) is a Spanish professional golfer on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour and Ladies European Tour. She won the 2010 Ladies Slovak Open and while at Purdue, she was the NCAA Individual Champion and won the Honda Sports Award. Amateur career Hernández started playing golf at 12 and had a successful amateur career. An eight-year member of the Spanish National Team, Hernández is a five-time European Team Championship gold medalist, and earned a gold medal at the 2005 Mediterranean Games both individually and as a team. Carly Booth
Carly Booth (born 21 June 1992) is a Scottish professional golfer. At the end of 2009, aged 17, she became the youngest-ever Scot to qualify for the Ladies European Tour. Booth became the youngest ladies' club champion in Britain at the age of 11 at Dunblane New. Early life Upon turning professional, Booth had a golf scholarship to complete at Glenalmond College in Scotland. She started there after returning from America, where a stay at David Leadbetter's Academy in Florida was followed by a spell at a school in Arizona. Dinard Ladies Open
The Dinard Ladies Open was a women's professional golf tournament played as part of the LET Access Series, held between 2010 and 2015 in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Brittany, France. The tournament was played at the Dinard course, the second oldest in France after Pau, and one of the oldest in continental Europe. Laid out along the English Channel with sea views from all 18 holes, it was founded in 1887 by a small colony of British residents. In 2012 Carly Booth won the tournament in a playoff for her first professional victory, before she went on to claim two further wins on the LET, where she finished the year 5th on the Order of Merit. The 2012 LET Access Series was a series of professional women's golf tournaments held from March through November 2012 across Europe. The LET Access Series is the second-tier women's professional golf tour in Europe and is the official developmental tour of the Ladies European Tour. Caroline Ingrid Hedwall (born 13 May 1989) is a Swedish professional golfer who plays on the Ladies European Tour (LET) and the LPGA Tour. In 2013 she became the first player to win five matches in a single Solheim Cup event. As an amateur she was a dominating player, winning the European Ladies Amateur Championship as well as the individual titles at both the Espirito Santo Trophy and the NCAA Championship. Nanna Koerstz Madsen (born 23 October 1994) is a Danish professional golfer who plays on the American LPGA Tour and maintains membership of the Ladies European Tour (LET). The Open de France Dames is a women's professional golf tournament in France on the Ladies European Tour. It has been played annually since 1987, with four exceptions: 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1998. Since the 2011 edition, Lacoste has been the title sponsor of the event.
