Mario Gjurovski
Mario Gjurovski ( mk, Марио Ѓуровски, sr, Марио Ђуровски / Mario Đurovski; born 11 December 1985) is a Macedonian football manager and former player who played as a midfielder, who is the current manager of Thai League 1 club Muangthong United. Playing career Club Gjurovski played in the youth team of Čukarički, before moving to Red Star Belgrade. He spent the entire 2003–04 season on loan, first with Mladenovac and then with Red Star's satellite club Sopot, both of them playing in the Serbian League Belgrade. In summer 2004, he signed with Bežanija playing in the Second League of Serbia and Montenegro. After two seasons the club achieved promotion in 2006 into the newly formed Serbian SuperLiga. Slaviša Jokanović ( sr-Cyrl, Славиша Јокановић, ; born 16 August 1968) is a Serbian professional football manager and former player. He is the manager of Russian club Dynamo Moscow. A physical player considered strong in the air, he impressed at Partizan before spending seven seasons in La Liga at the service of three clubs, appearing in 208 matches and scoring 31 goals, mainly for Tenerife. He also played two years with Chelsea towards the end of his career, and represented Yugoslavia at the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000, earning 64 caps and scoring ten goals in an 11-year international career. The 2010–11 Serbian SuperLiga (known as the Jelen SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons) was the fifth season of the Serbian SuperLiga, the top football league of Serbia, since its establishment in 2006. The 2009–10 Serbian Cup season was the fourth season of the Serbian national football tournament. The competition started on 2 September 2009 and ended with the Final on 5 May 2010. The defending champions are FK Partizan. Red Star Belgrade won the cup after a 3–0 win against Vojvodina. Preliminary round A preliminary round was held in order to reduce the number of teams competing in the next round to 32 and featured six teams from Serbian lower divisions. 2008–09 Serbian SuperLiga
The 2008–09 Serbian SuperLiga (known as the Jelen SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons) was the third since its establishment in 2006. It began on 16 August 2008 and ended on 30 May 2009. Partizan Belgrade successfully defended their title. Team changes from 2007–08 FK Bežanija were relegated to the Serbian First League after finishing in 12th place. Promoted from the First League were champions FK Javor Ivanjica and runners-up FK Jagodina. FK Smederevo, having finished in 10th place, had to play a two-legged play-off against the fourth-placed team from the First League, FK Rad. Rad won 4–3 on aggregate and thus were promoted to the SuperLiga while Smederevo were also relegated. FK Mladost Lučani declined their participation for the 2008–09 season due to financial problems on 2 July 2008.
