Margaret Ely Webb
Margaret Ely Webb (1887–1965) was an American illustrator, printmaker, and bookplate artist. She was part of the Arts and Crafts movement of the early 1900s. Early life Webb was born in 1887 to a New Jersey family with three sons. Her father died sometime before 1918, when Webb's mother married Charles Albert Storke, a prominent citizen of Santa Barbara, California and mayor from 1898 to 1901.Redmon, Michael. Santa Barbara ( es, Santa Bárbara, meaning "Saint Barbara") is a coastal city in Santa Barbara County, California, of which it is also the county seat.
