Marek Rutkiewicz
Marek Rutkiewicz (born 8 May 1981 in Olsztyn) is a Polish former road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2001 and 2020 for seven different teams. Rutkiewicz's strength was in climbing and his victories came in hilly races, including the mountains classification at the 2009 Tour de Pologne. He now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Continental team . Personal life Rutkiewicz is married to fellow cyclist Anna Szafraniec. 2015 Brabantse Pijl
The 2015 Brabantse Pijl was the 55th edition of the Brabantse Pijl road cycling race. Held on 15 April 2015, it started in Leuven and ended later in Overijse. It was a 1.HC-ranked race that was part of the 2015 UCI Europe Tour. The main difficulty in the race was caused by 26 climbs, as well as twisting roads in the final part of the route. The race was won from the breakaway by Ben Hermans (). A group of fourteen riders finished two seconds behind, with Michael Matthews () second and the defending champion Philippe Gilbert () third. Danmark Rundt is a Danish stage race for professional road bicycle racers organized as a part of the UCI Continental Circuits. It is currently sponsored by the Danish national postal agency, PostNord, and the race is therefore also known as PostNord Danmark Rundt. The 2019 edition had 20 teams, with 6 riders each, participating in 5 stages. The race is sometimes called the Tour of Denmark in English language media. Course Traditionally, the race starts off on the Jutland peninsula and ends on the island of Zealand - on Frederiksberg Allé in Copenhagen. Tour of Malopolska (Polish: ''Małopolski Wyścig Górski'') is an annual, professional men's multiple-stage cycling race in Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Since 2005, it has been part of the UCI Europe Tour. History The race was first held in 1961 and is one of the oldest bicycle races in Poland. Zbigniew Piątek holds the record for the most victories with three, in 1989, 1998 and 2001. The race usually consists of three or four stages as well as a prologue. The prologue is usually organized at the Main Market Square in Kraków and the points won are included in the general classification. Most of the race consists of hilly or mountain stages.
