Marcos Martín Milanés (Barcelona, 1972) is a Spanish comic book artist, who usually draws for American comics. Notable works include ''Batgirl: Year One'', ''Breach (comics), Breach'', ''Doctor Strange, Doctor Strange: The Oath'', ''The Amazing Spider-Man'', ''Daredevil (Marvel Comics series), Daredevil'' and ''The Private Eye''. He is also known as a prolific cover artist for a number of publishers in the industry, including Marvel Comics, Marvel and DC Comics. Early life Marcos Martín became interested in comics at the age of four, reading Spanish translations of the licensed Italian Disney comics and various issues of Jack Kirby, Kirby/Stan Lee, Lee's ''Fantastic Four'' that belonged to his older sister. Javier Rodríguez is a Spanish comic book artist working primarily as a colorist for the American market. Among his most notable works are '' Batgirl: Year One'', '' Daredevil'' and ''The Amazing Spider-Man''. Career While studying at the University of Fine Arts in Oviedo, Rodríguez and a group of friends (one of whom was Germán García of '' Tess Tinieblas'', ''X-Men'' and '' Superman'' fame) started a comics fanzine called ''Froilán''. In 1996, he pencils ''Anselmo Ensombras'', a comic about the history of Spanish cinema for the 34th Gijón International Film Festival, and self-publishes the first issue of ''Love Gun'', a futuristic four-issue miniseries about a group of friends with heavy social criticism on such issues as unemployment and economic independence of young people (the tagline of the comic was "in the XXI century, unemployment is still a problem..."). Charles Dixon (born April 14, 1954) is an American comic book writer, best known for his work on the Marvel Comics character the Punisher and on the DC Comics characters Batman, Nightwing, and Robin in the 1990s and early 2000s. Early life Dixon was born in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and grew up in Upper Darby, reading comics of all genres. He is a graduate of Upper Darby High School (1972). Houdini
Harry Houdini (, born Erik Weisz; March 24, 1874 – October 31, 1926) was a Hungarian-American escape artist, magic man, and stunt performer, noted for his escape acts. His pseudonym is a reference to his spiritual master, French magician Robert-Houdin (1805–1871). He first attracted notice in vaudeville in the United States and then as "Harry 'Handcuff' Houdini" on a tour of Europe, where he challenged police forces to keep him locked up. Soon he extended his repertoire to include chains, ropes slung from skyscrapers, straitjackets under water, and having to escape from and hold his breath inside a sealed milk can with water in it.
