Marco Andretti
Marco Michael Andretti (born March 13, 1987) is an American auto racing driver who drives the No. 98 car for Bryan Herta Autosport, Andretti Herta Autosport part-time in the IndyCar Series. He is the third generation of the famous Andretti racing family. He is the 2022 SRX Series champion. Early career Marco was born to Sandra and eventual IndyCar champion Michael Andretti. Marco's paternal grandfather is Italian American Mario Andretti, a highly successful racing driver, who raced professionally for four decades and had success in the United States and all over the globe in various categories of racing, including winning the List of Formula One World Drivers' Champions, Formula One Drivers' Championship in . Jeff Andretti (born April 14, 1964) is a former American race car driver. He competed in CART, and was the series' Rookie of the Year in 1991. Personal life Jeff is the youngest son of Dee Ann (Hoch) and legendary Italian-born 1969 Indy 500 Champion and 1978 Formula 1 World Champion Mario Andretti, younger brother of Michael Andretti, and uncle of Marco Andretti. 2008 American Le Mans Series Season
The 2008 American Le Mans Series season was the 38th season for the IMSA GT Championship, with the tenth season known as the American Le Mans Series. It was a series for Le Mans Prototypes (LMP) and Grand Tourer (GT) race cars divided into four classes: LMP1, LMP2, GT1, and GT2. It began March 15 and ended October 18 after eleven races. The Audi Sport North America team wrapped up its title defence of LMP1 class Teams Championship with three races in hand after the Sports Car Challenge of Mid-Ohio in August. 2008–09 A1 Grand Prix Season
The 2008–09 A1 Grand Prix season was the fourth and final season of the A1 Grand Prix formula. Ferrari supplied the engines for all entrants and advised on aspects of the chassis, based on its championship-winning F2004. A1 Team Ireland became the fourth A1GP champions, after a title battle which went down to the final round in Great Britain. Ireland won with 112 points, with team driver Adam Carroll taking five victories at Chengdu, Sepang, Taupo and the series finale at Brands Hatch during the shortened 14 race season.
