Marc Vampa (born 8 June 1946 in Paris) is a member of the National Assembly of France. He represents the Eure department, and is a member of the New Centre. He is a former scientist and managed his own computer company, before becoming a trader in Bernay. Bernay () is a commune in the west of the Eure department in Northern France. In 2012, Bernay was designated one of the French Towns and Lands of Art and History. Geography Bernay is in the valley of the Charentonne, a tributary of the Risle, about west from Évreux. The city is on the border of the Pays d'Ouche and the Lieuvin.
