Marc García (footballer)
Marc García Renom (born 21 March 1988) is an Andorran footballer who plays for FC Ordino and the Andorra national team as a left-back. Club career Born in Andorra la Vella, García all but spent his entire career in the Spanish lower leagues. He started out at SE Eivissa-Ibiza B, representing in quick succession UD Fraga, UD Pomar, Atlético Monzón and UE Vic. In June 2013, García signed with Segunda División B club UE Llagostera, being immediately loaned to Palamós CF and then to Cerdanyola del Vallès FC, both from Tercera División. Andorra National Football Team
The Andorra national football team ( ca, Selecció de futbol d'Andorra) represents Andorra in association football and is controlled by the Andorran Football Federation, the governing body for football in Andorra. The team has enjoyed very little success due to the Principality's tiny population, the fifth smallest of any UEFA country (only Liechtenstein, San Marino, Gibraltar and the Faroe Islands are smaller). Andorra's first official game was a 6–1 defeat in a friendly match to Estonia in 1996. The Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation (RSSSF) is an international organization dedicated to collecting statistics about association football. The foundation aims to build an exhaustive archive of football-related information from around the world.
