Marc Fitzpatrick (born 11 May 1986 in Lanark) is a Scottish professional Association football, footballer who plays for Airdrieonians F.C., Airdrieonians as a Midfielder#Winger, left winger or Defender (association football)#Wing-back, left back. He has previously played for Motherwell F.C., Motherwell, Ross County F.C., Ross County, Queen of the South F.C., Queen of the South and Greenock Morton F.C., Greenock Morton. Career Club Fitzpatrick came through the youth system at Motherwell F.C., Motherwell and made his debut against Celtic F.C., Celtic on 12 May 2004. In 2004–05 in Scottish football, 2004–05, Fitzpatrick scored a last-minute winner in a Scottish League Cup semi-final against Heart of Midlothian F.C., Hearts at Easter Road. The 3–2 win after extra time earned Motherwell their first 2005 Scottish League Cup Final, major final appearance since the 1991 Scottish Cup Final. Lanark
Lanark (; gd, Lannraig ; sco, Lanrik) is a town in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, located 20 kilometres to the south-east of Hamilton. The town lies on the River Clyde, at its confluence with Mouse Water. In 2016, the town had a population of 9,050.
