Marc Antonio Carter
Marc Antonio Carter, commonly known as T. J. Carter (born May 22, 1985) is a former American professional basketball player. He is a 1.92 m (6 ft 3 in) tall shooting guard. College career Carter played college basketball at North Carolina-Wilmington, with the UNC Wilmington Seahawks, from 2003 to 2008. Professional career Carter began his pro career in the German League with the Düsseldorf Giants in 2008. He then played with the Cypriot League club AEL Limassol. He moved to the German club Phoenix Hagen in 2011. He next played with the Greek League club Rethymno, before joining the Greek club Panionios in 2013. He moved to the Greek club PAOK in 2014. In June 2015, he signed with AEK Athens. Carter joined the Polish Stal Ostrów Wielkopolski on November 12, 2016. The 2006 CAA men's basketball tournament was held from March 3–6, 2006 at the Richmond Coliseum in Richmond, Virginia. The winner of the tournament was UNC Wilmington, who received an automatic bid to the 2006 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament. George Mason, who lost to in the semi-finals of the tournament, earned an at-large bid to the 2006 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament, the CAA's first since 1986. The Greek Basket League (GBL), often also referred to as the Greek A1 Basketball League, or Greek Basketball Championship (originally called Panhellenic Basketball Championship), and also known as the Stoiximan Basket League for sponsorship reasons, is the first tier level professional basketball league in Greece. It is run by HEBA ( el, ΕΣΑΚΕ, link=no), under the legal authority of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (E.O.K.). It is the highest-tier level of the Greek league system. Cyprus Basketball Division 1
The Cypriot Basketball Division A is currently the top-tier level men's professional basketball competition of the Cypriot basketball league system. It is run and governed by the Cyprus Basketball Federation. Format At present, six clubs compete in the league. Since the 2016–17 season, the six teams play each other four times during the regular season, with the top 4 teams reaching the play-off semi-finals stage. One team (the last one) at the end of the season is relegated to the second division, whilst one team from the second division is promoted. The play-off semi-finals and the championship winner will be decided after three wins. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. At the end of the league stage, the top eight teams qualify for the playoff stage, and the teams positioned in the 17th and 18th places are relegated to a lower-tier league. The playoffs are played in a "Best of five" format. The winning team of the final round are crowned the German Champions of that season.
