Mara Brawer
Mara Brawer (born 16 May 1962) is an Argentine psychologist and politician, currently serving as National Deputy elected in the Federal Capital since 2019. She had previously served in the same position from 2011 to 2015. A member of the Justicialist Party, Brawer sits in the Frente de Todos bloc. Brawer has also served as Undersecretary of Education in the Government of the Buenos Aires City from 2006 to 2007, and as Undersecretary of Equity and Education Quality in the Ministry of Education of Argentina from 2009 to 2011. Early life and education Mara Brawer was born on 16 May 1962 in Buenos Aires. She is Jewish. She studied at the University of Buenos Aires Faculty of Psychology and completed a degree on mediation and conflict resolution from Universidad de Belgrano. The Chamber of Deputies ( es, Cámara de Diputados de la Nación), officially the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, is the lower house of the Argentine National Congress ( es, Congreso de la Nación). It is made up of 257 national deputies who are elected in multi-member constituencies corresponding with the territories of the 23 provinces of Argentina (plus the Federal Capital) by party list proportional representation. Argentina held national presidential and legislative elections on Sunday, 23 October 2011. Incumbent president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner of the Front for Victory won via landslide, with 54.11% of votes against Hermes Binner of Broad Progressive Front, she also secured a second term in office after the Front for Victory won just over half of the seats in the National Congress. Victoria Donda
Victoria Analía Donda Pérez (born 1977 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is an Argentine human rights activist and legislator. She is the first daughter of a "disappeared" person, born in captivity, to become a member of the Argentine National Congress. She was the youngest woman to hold that office. From 2019 to 2022, she was the agency executive of the National Institute Against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI), one of the Argentine government's prime human rights institutions.
