Thank You Scientist is an American progressive rock band from Montclair, New Jersey. Their debut studio album ''Maps of Non-Existent Places'' was named the "'' Revolver Album of the Week"''" in October 2014. Their second album '' Stranger Heads Prevail'' was released in July 2016. Their third album ''Terraformer'' was released in June 2019. History Thank You Scientist was formed at the New Jersey Montclair State University's music program, when guitar player Tom Monda met saxophonist Ellis Jasenovic and trumpet player Andrew Digrius. Their musical taste for Frank Zappa, Harry Nilsson, the Beatles and Mahavishnu Orchestra would later become an influence and a seed for Thank You Scientist. Evil Ink Comics is a comic publishing company set up by Claudio Sanchez, the lead singer of progressive rock band Coheed and Cambria. Currently Evil Ink is co-publisher to three graphic series; The Amory Wars, Kill Audio and Key of Z. In 2009, Evil Ink released its first prose novel, Year of the Black Rainbow. Fretless Guitar
A fretless guitar is a guitar with a fingerboard without frets, typically a standard instrument that has had the frets removed, though some custom-built and commercial fretless guitars are occasionally made. The classic fretless guitar was first pioneered in 1976 by Turkish musician Erkan Oğur. Fretless bass guitars are readily available, with most major guitar manufacturers producing fretless models. Ronald Jay Blumenthal (born September 25, 1969), better known by his stage name Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal or just simply as Bumblefoot, is an American guitarist, songwriter, and producer.
