Manuel Muñiz Villa (born 19 May 1983) is a Spanish lawyer, academic administrator, and International Relations scholar and is currently the Provost (education), Provost of IE University and Dean (education), Dean of its IE School of Global and Public Affairs, School of Global and Public Affairs. From 1 June 2023, Muñiz is the President of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs, Association of Professional Schools of International Schools. Muñiz served as the second Secretary of State for Global Spain in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Spain), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation from 2020 to 2021. The Secretary of State for Global Spain (SEEG) was a senior minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Spain. The Council of Ministers ( es, Consejo de Ministros) is the main collective decision-making body of the Government of Spain, and it is exclusively composed of the Prime Minister, the deputy prime ministers and the ministers (22 as of 2020). Weatherhead Center For International Affairs
A weatherhead, also called a weathercap, service head, service entrance cap, or gooseneck (slang) is a weatherproof service drop entry point where overhead power or telephone wires enter a building, or where wires transition between overhead and underground cables. At a building the wires enter a conduit, a protective metal pipe, and the weatherhead is a waterproof cap on the end of the conduit that allows the wires to enter without letting in water. It is shaped like a hood, with the surface where the wires enter facing down at an angle of at least 45°, to shield it from precipitation. Rafael del Pino Calvo-Sotelo (born 1958) is a Spanish billionaire businessman, the executive chairman of Ferrovial, the company founded in 1952 by his father Rafael del Pino Moreno.
