Manuel Díaz Vega (born 1 September 1954 in Salas, Asturias) is a Spanish retired football referee. He officiated one match in both the 1994 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 1996. Salas (also known as San Martin de Salas) is a town and ''concejo'' (municipality) in the Principality of Asturias. It lies on the road from San Sebastián to Santiago de Compostela, and on a small subtributary of the river Narcea.
