Manasu Mangalyam
''Manasu Mangalyam'' () is a 1971 Telugu-language drama film, produced by Koganti Kutumba Rao under the Uttama Chitra banner and directed by K. Pratyagatma. It stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Jamuna and with music composed by Pendyala Nageswara Rao. Plot The film begins with Ravi a poet who suffers from a penniless situation, even unable to pay the house rent for which he hides his face from his house owner Perumalaiah and the minor source that he has is his best friend Shekar. Perumalaiah leads a happy family life with his wife Aandallu & son Kavi Kulashekara but sadly their only daughter Amurtha elopes. Surprisingly, one night, a beautiful rich woman Manjula while escaping from the Police lands in Ravi's room, and everyone assumes she is his wife. Acharya Aatreya
Acharya Aatreya (born Kilambi Venkata Narasimhacharyulu ) (7 May 1921 – 13 September 1989) was an Indian poet, lyricist, playwright, and screenwriter known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. He received the state Nandi Award for Best Lyricist in 1981 for "Andamaina Lokamani" from the film Tholi Kodi Koosindi, ''Tholikoodi Koosindi''. He is popularly known as ''Manasu Kavi (''). Anjali Devi (; 24 August 1927 – 13 January 2014) was an Indian actress, model and producer in Telugu and Tamil films. She was well known for her role as the Devi Sita in ''Lava Kusa'' as well as for the titular roles in movies like Chenchu Lakshmi, '' Suvarna Sundari'' and '' Anarkali''. Pithapuram Nageswara Rao (5 May 1930 – 5 March 1996) was an Indian playback singer who worked in the early period of Telugu cinema. Ghantasala Venkateswararao (4 December 1922 – 11 February 1974), known mononymously by his surname as Ghantasala, was an Indian playback singer and film composer known for his works predominantly in Telugu and Kannada cinema and also in Tamil, Malayalam, Tulu and Hindi language films. Atma (b: 31 October 1925 - d: 8 June 2001) was an Indian film journalist, director and producer known for his works in Telugu and Hindi cinema. He has garnered three National Film Awards.
