Manang Marshyangdi Club ( ne, मनाङ मर्स्याङ्दी क्लब) is a Nepali professional football club based in Kathmandu, that competes in the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League. The club is record champion of Nepalese football, having won 8 National Championship Titles. Historically, they have a fierce rivalry with Three Star Club and Nepal Police Club, a departmental team. The other rival includes New Road Team. Manang Marshyangdi Club has its origins in Pokhara, for which it hosted selsected home matches at Pokhara Rangasala since 2021–22 Martyr's Memorial A-Division League. However, officially, the club is based in Swayambhu, Kathmandu. Aaha! Gold Cup (Nepali: आहा ! गोल्ड कप ''āhā gōlḍ kap'') is an annual international football tournament held in Pokhara, Nepal, and organized by the Sahara Club. It was formerly known as the Caravan Gold Cup, however due to sponsorship reasons it is currently known as the Aaha! Rara Gold Cup. It is considered a major football tournament in Nepal, and is therefore endorsed by ANFA Kaski, a district FA of the All Nepal Football Association. Background Sahara Club (Pokhara) have been running a football-based academy for under-privileged children from the profit of the tournament and donations from various individuals and organisations. The 2016 Budha Subba Gold Cup was the 18th edition of the Budha Subba Gold Cup held in Dharan and sponsored by Red Bull. Eight teams from Nepal, Bhutan and India participated in the tournament. 2013 King's Cup (Bhutan)
The 2013 King's Cup is a football tournament that took place from 20 July to 10 August 2013. The tournament was held in Thimphu, Bhutan at the Changlimithang Stadium. The 2013–14 Martyr's Memorial A-Division League season ( ne, 2013-14 शहीद स्मारक ए डिभिजन लीग), also known as the Martyrs' Memorial Red Bull 'A' Division League Football Tournament 2013–14 for sponsorship reasons, was the 41st edition of the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League since its establishment in 1954/55. The 2005–06 Martyr's Memorial A-Division League season, also known as the Martyr's Memorial San Miguel League for sponsorship reasons, was the 36th season of the A-Division League since its establishment in 1954/55. A total of 14 teams competed in the league. Manang Marsyangdi Club won the league. The season began on 26 August 2005 and concluded on 21 February 2006. Teams APF Club made their debut in the league without being promoted before. League table Match-fixing controversy On matchday 27, relegation-threatened Machhindra FC faced Ranipokhari Corner Team. After the match ended 9-8 for Machhindra, allegations of match fixing rose, as Machhindra needed the win while RCT's Rishi Rai, who scored all eight goals, was on course to become the league's top goalscorer. Manang ( ne, मनाङ) is a town in the Manang District of Nepal. It is located at 28°40'0N 84°1'0E with an elevation of . According to the preliminary result of the 2011 Nepal census it has a population of 6,527 people living in 1,495 individual households. Its population density is 3 persons/km2..
