Malky Thomson
Malcolm Thomson (born 29 December 1968) is a Scottish football coach and former player. He was appointed joint-head coach of Rangers WFC in January 2020. In 2015–16 he was head coach of Indian I-League team Salgaocar. Coaching career Early career After retiring at the age of 25 while trying to make it with Aberdeen, Thomson went into coaching. He was given youth coaching roles at Celtic, Hibernian, and Rangers before becoming first-team assistant coach at Inverness Caledonian Thistle under Craig Brewster. Thomson spent two spells at Inverness, with the spell in between at Dundee United. He then joined the coaching staff at Birmingham City as their assistant coach for a season before moving to the United Arab Emirates to be assistant coach under David O'Leary at Al-Ahli. After another spell at Rangers, Thomson became assistant coach to Stuart Taylor at League of Ireland club, Limerick. Elderslie, Scotland
Elderslie ( gd, Ach na Feàrna) is a village in the council area and historic county of Renfrewshire in west central Scotland. It chiefly serves as a commuter village, situated midway between the towns of Paisley and Johnstone, and lies west of Glasgow city centre. Elderslie is most famous as the assumed birthplace of Scottish hero Sir William Wallace, a knight born around 1270 who served as a military leader in the Wars of Scottish Independence before being captured and executed. David O'Leary
David Anthony O'Leary (born 2 May 1958) is a football manager and former player. His managerial career began at Leeds United, subsequently managing Aston Villa. He most recently worked as the manager of Al-Ahli Dubai. The majority of his 20-year playing career was spent as a central defender at Arsenal. O'Leary's tally of 722 appearances for the North London side stands as a club record. Salgaocar Football Club is an Indian professional football club based in Vasco, Goa, that competes in the Goa Professional League. I-League Managers
The I-League (known as Hero I-League for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp) is the second-tier men's professional football competition of the Indian football league system. It is currently contested by 12 clubs across the country with the winners getting promotion to play in the premier division, the Indian Super League. The competition was founded in 2007 as the successor to the National Football League, with the first season starting in November 2007. The league was launched as India's first ever top-tier professional football league with the aim to increase the player pool for the India national team. Barry Ferguson
Barry Ferguson (born 2 February 1978) is a Scottish football coach, former player and pundit who was most recently the manager of Alloa Athletic. Ferguson spent most of his playing career at Rangers, in two spells either side of a £7.5 million transfer to English club Blackburn Rovers. He totalled 431 games and 60 goals for Rangers, whom he captained between 2000 and 2003 and again between 2005 and 2009.
