Maliki Osman
Mohamad Maliki bin Osman ( Jawi: مالكي عثمان; born 1965) is a Singaporean politician and former assistant professor who has been serving as Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for Education and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs since 2020. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Siglap division of East Coast GRC since 2011. Before entering politics in the 2001 general election, Maliki was an assistant professor at the National University of Singapore's Department of Social Work and Psychology. After he was elected, he served in various positions at the Ministries of Defence, Foreign Affairs, and National Development before he became a full minister in 2020. Chee Hong Tat ( zh, s=徐芳达, p=Xú Fāngdá; born 1973) is a Singaporean politician who has been serving as Senior Minister of State for Finance since 2022 and Senior Minister of State for Transport since 2020. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Toa Payoh West–Thomson division of Bishan–Toa Payoh GRC since 2015. Vikram Nair ( ta, விக்ரம் நாயர்; born 1978) is a Singaporean politician and lawyer. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Admiralty division of Sembawang GRC since 2011. People's Action Party
The People's Action Party (abbreviation: PAP) is a major conservative centre-right political party in Singapore and is one of the three contemporary political parties represented in Parliament, alongside the opposition Workers' Party (WP) and Progress Singapore Party (PSP). Initially founded as a traditional centre-left party in 1954, the leftist faction was soon expelled from the party in 1961 by Lee Kuan Yew in the midst of Singapore's merger with Malaysia, desiring to move the party's ideology towards the centre after its first electoral victory in 1959. Abdullah bin Tarmugi ( Jawi: عبدالله بن ترموڬي; born 25 August 1944) is a Singaporean former politician who served as Speaker of the Parliament of Singapore between 2002 and 2011. Early life Born to a Javanese father and a Chinese mother, Abdullah's father was a low-salaried surveyor's assistant and his grandfather ran a provision shop. The East Coast Group Representation Constituency is a five-member Group Representation Constituency in the eastern area of Singapore. Koh Poh Koon ( zh, s=许宝琨, p=Xú Bǎokūn; born 1972) is a Singaporean politician and former colorectal surgeon who has been serving as Senior Minister of State for Sustainability and the Environment since 2022 and Senior Minister of State for Manpower since 2021.
