Prof. Dr. Malik R. Dahlan (مالك بن ربيع دحلان) (born 18 August 1979) is an international lawyer, mediator and law professor specializing in international law and policy. He has founded a number of policy, research and philanthropic organizations, and has written and advised on legislative affairs, defence, energy policies, and foreign relations. Dahlan is an energy transition expert, green energy technology entrepreneur and writes about energy and ethics.
