Malik Hairston
Malik Samory Hairston (born February 23, 1987) is an American professional basketball player. A shooting guard-small forward from the University of Oregon's Ducks, he was chosen in the 2008 NBA draft by the Phoenix Suns, who then traded him to the San Antonio Spurs. Hairston has also played with the San Antonio Spurs, the Austin Toros (the Spurs' D-League affiliate), Montepaschi Siena and Olimpia Milano of the Italian League, and Galatasaray of the Turkish League. He was born in Detroit, Michigan. High school career Prior to arriving at the University of Oregon, Hairston attended Renaissance High School in Detroit, Michigan playing alongside fellow all-American Joe Crawford, former Fordham point guard Marcus Stout, and stand-out guard Adam Sabree. Parade All-America Boys Basketball Team
The ''Parade'' All-America Boys Basketball Team was an annual selection by ''Parade'' that nationally honored the top high school boys' basketball players in the United States. It was part of the ''Parade'' All-American series that originated with boys basketball before branching to other sports. Started by the Sunday magazine in 1957, it had been the longest ongoing selection of high school basketball All-Americans in the country at the time of its final selections in 2015. Many of the honorees went on to star as college and professional basketball players. Tajuan Marquis Porter (born March 9, 1988) is an American professional basketball player who last played for Lille Métropole of the LNB Pro B. He played college basketball for Oregon. High school career Porter attended Renaissance High School in Michigan (Porter's former Oregon teammate, Malik Hairston, also attended Renaissance High School). He led Renaissance to two state championships (2004, 2006) and a four-year record of 93–10. As a junior, he averaged 19.6 points, 5.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game while garnering first team all-state, all-league and all-city honors. Joseph Reshard Crawford II (born June 17, 1986) is an American former professional basketball player. He formerly played at the University of Kentucky and was selected with the 58th overall pick by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2008 NBA draft. He signed with the Lakers on August 27, 2008, but was waived October 22, during the 2008–09 pre-season. The NBA G League, or simply the G League, is the National Basketball Association's (NBA) official List of developmental and minor sports leagues, minor league basketball organization. The league was known as the National Basketball Development League (NBDL) from 2001 to 2005, and the NBA Development League (NBA D-League) from 2005 until 2017.
