Malayogam
''Malayogom'' (), or Maalayogam is a 1990 Indian Malayalam-language family comedy-drama film directed by Sibi Malayil and written by A. K. Lohithadas, starring Jayaram, Mukesh, Parvathy and Chithra. Philomina (1926 – 2 January 2006) was an Indian actress, who worked in the Malayalam film industry. She acted in more than 750 films in her career. She played mostly character and comedy roles, besides that of mother and grandmother. She started acting on the stage. This experience stood her in good stead when she was offered her first film role. The character of Anappara Achamma in the 1991 film '' Godfather'', portrayed by her is acknowledged to be one of the most powerful roles ever in Malayalam cinema. Muraleedharan Pillai, popularly known as Murali ( ml, മുരളി, 25 May 1954 – 6 August 2009) was an Indian film, stage and television actor and author. He mainly appeared in Malayalam films and a few Tamil films and also many other movies. Innocent Vareed Thekkethala (born 28 February 1948) is an Indian actor and politician. He predominantly works in Malayalam cinema in addition to Hindi, English, Tamil, and Kannada films, mostly in comedic roles. He has acted in more than 750 films and is considered one of the best comedians in Malayalam cinema. Karamana Janardanan Nair (25 July 1936 – 24 April 2000) was a Malayalam film actor, who was active during the 1980s and 1990s. He was especially known for his character roles. He won wide acclaim especially for the role of the protagonist in Adoor Gopalakrishnan's Elippathayam (1981). He notably played the villain role along with Thilakan in '' Pattanapravesham''(1988). Jose Pellissery (1950 – 5 December 2004) was an Indian film and theatre actor. Biography As an actor in Malayalam cinema, he played supporting roles in about 100 films. His 15-year film career included roles in such movies as ''Aadhaaram'', ''Akashadoothu'', ''Naadody'', and ''Ghazal''. Pellissery was a partner of the theatre company Chalakudy Sarathy Theatres.
